All payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed.

Reasonable revisions are included based on the selected package or agreement.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may require extra charges.

Upon full payment, the client will own the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated.

Brain Aims reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies.

Some projects may require third-party services, plugins, APIs, hosting, or subscriptions.

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining third-party licenses unless included in the agreement.

Brain Aims is not liable for:

Unless a maintenance plan is agreed upon, ongoing updates, backups, security, and support are not included after project completion.

Users may not use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in abusive behavior.
